Dosing and mixing – key phases to guarantee the quality of the board – are carried out with the DECORMIX system, a high-performance piece of equipment that ensures a homogeneous and constant mixture, providing a differential value from the beginning of the process.
OPTIMIZATION OF POURING AND SETTING
Once the mixing is done, the gypsum is poured onto pneumatic tables that facilitate molding and setting of the boards in an organized and efficient manner. This type of configuration is especially interesting for business models that require greater flexibility, that operate in markets with lower volume or that seek to scale progressively without sacrificing the technical quality of the product.

The line begins with the DECORMIX system, responsible for a precise and regular mix, and continues with automatic pouring onto conveyor belts or mobile molds, depending on the type of plate.
From there, the process incorporates mechanisms for leveling, cutting, trimming, turning, drying, stacking, and packaging, all coordinated in a synchronized manner to minimize downtime and maximize performance.
