Iron treatment with metallic shot
One of the booths, measuring 14 × 5 × 4 meters, is equipped with angular metallic shot abrasive and is mainly used on iron parts. This treatment removes impurities, generates controlled roughness, and significantly improves the adhesion of subsequent coatings, such as paint.
Stainless steel treatment with glass microspheres
For stainless steel parts, FARRAÚS has a second booth measuring 7 × 5 × 4 meters equipped with glass microspheres. This technique removes stains from welding and provides a uniform, aesthetic, and high-quality finish.
